TODAY WAS THE BIG DAY! One year of dance classes has brought us to this day! Halye has been so excited for everyone to see how much she had learned. I think that I was more nervous than she was! The girls all did a really great job! The theme of the show was "The Fruit of the Spirit" and the bible verse that summed up the meaning of the show was
Galations 5:22-23. The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindmess, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control. Against such things there is no law. Each dance told about one of the fruits of the spirit. Sorry, the blog is backward so you might want to start at the end and work your way back. Dustin will post the video later!

You may ask where was Austin in all of this fun! Well, Austin got to spend the evening with Amanda Allen a fellow kindergarten teacher and friend. I was not at all worried about if Austin would come out from the evening alive, I was concerned that Mrs. Allen may not survive all of Austins craziness. She did survivie and on Moday I will find out if she still consideres us friends :) We can't wait to repay the favor and watch Miss. Reagan!!! After the recital we picked Austin up and after dinner Austin got to go in the pool for the first time. Most of the time we are in the hot tub. Austin loved the pool though!

Beautiful! It is hard to believe that 4 years ago she was just 5 lbs. 5 oz. and now she will be starting pre k next year! She is only 25 pounds now :)

Haleys first dance was about self control. This was her drill number! She was really a tropper on this one because is the middle of her dancing the poor things skirt started falling down but she just held it up and kept on going. It was very cute!
