The BIG girls!!!

We took a trip to Nana and Papa's house for a much overdue visit. As usual we all had a blast! The kids walked into the office to find that each one of them had a fishing pole of their own!!! Haleys was Barbie, Austin was cars, and Jack was Toy Story! Papa and Nana also had their pool set up and a great lunch prepared....we loved spending Father's Day over there. Dustin would spend all summer there if he could!

It was time! All of Austins hard work had paid off. He is potty trained so we had to follow through on our bribe. Pop Pops borrowed Uncle Teets tractor and took Austin and Haley out...Austin is still talking about that.

Father's Day! Haley made her own gift for Dad . She made him a card and she all on her own decided that he would love a new game of memory....because she loves to play with Daddy. So she folded the paper, colored 2 of each color, and cut it out.

Daddy and Jack hanging out. We thought Jack had escaped getting the virus but while we were there we realized he had temperature so we knew another few days at the hous were coming up.

We had been stuck inside for about a week becuase the kids took turns getting a virus so we decided to have a little fun outing! We took the kids to the HAYS playground and ate snowcones! Haley got strawberry and Austin got peach!

We went to the Zoo, Zoo, Zoo.....

On Tuesday we left on a road trip to Waco! Haley really wanted to spend the night in a hotel so all the girls and Austin and Jack headed to the Raddison Hotel in Waco. Haley loved the hotel! Here are some pics. of our fun! Start at the bottom if you want to go in order!Jack riding the stone horse!

We woke up bright and early and ate at the complementary breakfast! Then off to the Zoo we went! Haley had to wear her zoo shirt that we got the last time we went to the Dallas Zoo.

After our pool adventure it was time for dinner! We got to see our favorite attraction in the Waco area, the Jordan Family! We went to Cracker Barrel with Uncle Joe, Aunt SheShe, Bella, and Uncle Joes brother Jack. Dinner was very good and the kids were great!

The hotel was very nice, aside from the pool! They had sleep number beds that Haley and Austin loved blowing up!

We got to the hotel at about 4. Off we went to the indoor pool! Let me tell you, we are a bit spoiled to the way my dad maintains his pool. The water in this pool was way to cold and not exactly the color we would like it so we did not spend much time at the pool.

Summer Fun

Finally! Wow, it seems like we have been anticipating this day for so long. We are super sad that Daddy has to work until the 18th but I am sure we will go and have lunch with him a few times. Today the boys and I got up about 7 and watched Mickey Mouse Club, Haley rolled out of bed about 8:00. We were in the car heading out by 8:15. We went to Target to get a new slip n slide! We also got Haley adn Austin some camping chairs for our upcoming trip to OK. The kids were really great in the store. Then we went to Walmart to get a few groceries...and the bad thing about having a potty trined child is having to take them when we are out...so Haley had to go and then Austin! Then off we went to the Library to check out books and sign up for the summer reading club! We were back home by 10:30 for Jack to take his nap. Now I am beat! We are going to eat hotdog octpuses for lunch! Sorry now pics...camera is in the shop and the other is charging :)

Happy Memorial Day

We were very excited to get invited to a cook out at Aunt Kim and Uncle Terry's beautiful new house. We love the house and we love that it is 5 minutes away! Austin enjoyed gathering sticks, Haley played with Maggie and Calista, and Jack walked around! Red White and Blue pics before heading over there!

Jack Tyler

My sweet sweet JACK! He is getting so big so quick!
He is almost 10 months old! He used to be so calm and easy to watch...but not anymore. He army crawls a lot but more than that he cruises holding on to anything he can find so he can make it anywhere he wants to go. He claps on command, he will wave, he says mama, and he gives the best slobbery kisses ever! He weighs in about 18 pounds and he can where a lot of Austin's clothes! He also likes to play with anything that Austin has so many times I will hear "Jack Jack be nice" being yelled throughout the house. In comparison to his brother he is still very calm but he has definately picked up the pace.
