Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve is always a funtime for us! We go to my parents first and open a few gifts and then we head over to Grannys! This year it was catered by Chilosos! Yummy! We always get very lucky because Santa has come by early to see the kiddos and give them a gift! Here is a great picture Aunt Nana took of Haley hugging Santa! So sweet! The kids saying good bye to Elfie! We can't wait for him to come and visit us next year!
Daddy reading the kids the book "The Christmas Lizard". It is about a little lizard that learns the true reason for Christmas!

Christmas #1 with Gramps, Mimi, and the Greiners

Fun, fun, fun! The kids had a blast playing at Gramps and Mimis house! We ate lots of yummy food, opened presents and the chased all of the kids around! Between us and Laci there are 5 (almost 6) kids...so keeping an eye on them all was hard work! Here is a picture of the boys sitting on their couch from the Greiners. Austin loves it he sat on it from the time we got home until bedtime :)

Haley and her "head" she got from the Greiners...Haley named the head Aunt Laci and she wanted to get a picture of her and Aunt Laci with matching hair!

Jack...the calmest child!

Austin lining up his new cars from Mimi and Gramps. Austin always lines up his cars and we found out today that his Daddy did the same thing when he was a kid :)

Elf on a Shelf

Santa delivered our Elf on a Shelf yesterday. Haley was so excited to figure out what it was all about. She named our Elf Elfie and as the book told her he watches over us for Santa to see who is Naughty and Nice. Every morning Elfie is in a new spot in the house. The rules with Elfie is that he doesn't talk, just watches asnd listens and you can't touch him. He will stay with us until "he hears Santas bells" and then Santa takes him home to make all of the toys for next year! We can't wait to get to know our elf Elfie!
This morning Haley found Elfie on the curtain rod!
